Description
Summary
After synchronising a user from a Delegated Directory, then disable the user in LDAP and try to log into Confluence with that user again, the login fails as expected but the user does not get disabled in Confluence.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Delegated Active Directory in Confluence with the Copy User on Login option checked
- Log into Confluence with a user from this directory to create it
- Log out
- Go to your LDAP and disable this user
- Try to log into your Confluence with that user again, it will fail
- Log in with an internal admin
- Check for this user under the User Management section
Expected Results
- User will show as disabled
Actual Results
- User still shows as active, thus counting against the license anyway
Workaround
- Disable the user in the application first.
