Anonymous user unable to click paging on Page Properties Report Macro

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create multiple Decision/Product Requirements Blueprint
      2. Create new page
      3. Insert Page Properties Report Macro in the new page with all Decision/Product Requirements Blueprint labels (set option for number of items to display = 2 to see pagination)
      4. Save Page.
      5. Allow anonymous access to Confluence and the Space

      Expected Result
      When access Confluence Anonymously, the pagination in Page Properties Report Macro shall be click.

      Actual Result
      When access Confluence Anonymously, the pagination in Page Properties Report Macro is not clickable (nothing happen when click paging/next).
