JIRA Chart Macro with Two Dimensional shows a scroll bar unnecessarily

Summary

JIRA Chart Macro with Two Dimensional shows a scroll bar, although there is enough space on the right side of the macro (see attached JIRAChart.jpg)

Reproduce

This is how I reproduced:

1. Install vanilla JIRA 6.4.4 and Confluence 5.7.4 (the current latest)
2. Create an Applink between them
3. Create a page on Confluence and insert a JIRA Chart macro with Two Dimensional and set "Components" on its Y-Axis
4. Make the macro show JIRA issues which have a long enough component name

Other findings

• Could occur with any browser
• Could occur with any language
• Seems like CSS rule max-width: 99% on .two-demensional-chart.view-mode causes the problem, because the scroll bar disappears when I delete the rule on Chrome's developer tool (see cause.jpg)
