Improve tracking of inline comments

Inline comments needs some improvements with respect to traceability of comments over Confluence page versions. Currently it is not possible to trace:

• In which page version each comment was added.
• [In which page versions each comment was present (after adding, until being resolved).]
• In what page version each comment has been resolved.
• Overview of unresolved comments

I request following improvements:

• Show the comments related to a page also when viewing an older version of a page, not only in the current version.
• Extend the "Resolved comments" screen to a general comment overview showing at least: unresolved comments, resolved comments, version of adding, version of resolving.

These concepts are crucial for a decent reviewing process.
