Import converts Word TOC to list of hyperlinks

1. Create a document in MS Word which includes a {TOC}
2. Import the document into Confluence
3. Go to the newly-created Confluence page and either "Edit in Word" or "Export to Word"

The dynamic {TOC} has been converted to a list of static {HYPERLINK}s

This means that the TOC will no longer update when the document is updated.

It would be better to convert the Word {TOC} field to a Confluence {TOC} macro.
