As a user of Confluence,
in order to find my stuff easier be it content or labels,
I want to be able to search case insensitive.
Acceptance criteria
- labels and content (consequently the pages they are on) can be found independently on how they are written (in terms of case, e.g. CamelCase or camelcase, ...)
- this is the default way it works
