Empty bullet point created when the selection was started from a proceeding bullet point

      1. create a new page
      2. enter "a title" <enter>
      3. enter "foo" <enter>
      4. press: <ctrl>-<shift>-b bar <enter>
      5. press: c <enter>
      6. press: d
      7. press <left> (the cursor moves infront of the "d")
      8. press <shift>-<up> <shift>-<up>
      9. cut the selection using <ctrl>-x
      10. move the cursor before the "f" of "foo".
      11. press <ctrl>-v

      Observe that an empty bullet point was created after "c".

      Expected: Do not create the empty bullet point.

      Rational:

      • Two bullet points were cut, two bullet points should be created.
      • My naive first impression was that the observed behaviour is wrong.
        • Only during writting up this bug report did I realize that technically I selected the bullet point infront of "d" by starting with the cursor positioned infront of "d".
        • If one believe an empty bullet has to be created, because one selected the bullet infront of d, than one also has to believe that the bullet in front of d has to be cut when pressing <ctrl>-x, which is not the case.
      • MS Word creates two bullet points.
