Stop Watching from email notification lead to 'Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. 'You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page'

      Step to reproduce

      1. Watch a page using a user (USERA)
      2. Edit the page using another user (USERB)
      3. Check the notification from the USERA email
      4. Click the Stop Watching Link from the mail

      Expected Result

      The Pages is removed from the Page Watches List

      Observed Result:
      The page is not removed from the Page Watches List with the following error:

      The following error(s) occurred:
      Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page.
      

      Extra Note:
      This issue is not reproducible in 5.7.x

            We experience the issue with 6.6.7.

            One possible cause: two accounts with the same email, one being like local_admin, and user is logged in as regular user, but email notification comes to local_admin, and when user clicks a link it will complain about security token, apparently.
