Great to hear amir.ghaemian1 ! We're currently working on some alternative methods which should make this a bit easier for users with large instances in the future. Sorry for all the trouble.

            Best,
            Jonah

Thanks Jonah for the help on this issue, the script ran successfully on the clients prod servers. It just took 14h+ to finnish, but it worked. Thanks again!

Thanks Jonah, I started it again, ye the wierd part last time was that it didn't throw anything in the logs and I let it run for about 1.5h before I stopped it and thought something must have gone wrong since you said it should be quick. Anyway thanks for getting back on the issue I'll let it run now and see what happens in a couple of hours. If youre able to speed it up it would be great.

            Cheers

It's just really slow because the number of attachments you have. Try running "Find and Recover Missing Attachments". It should complete after a while. In the mean time, I'm seeing if I can speed things up.

I'm working on this now. Will keep you updated.

Customer (the one Amir is asking for) is really getting upset now. They have a lot of people depending on the attachments And are thinking about changing tool for this part of the organization since they feel they cannot trust Confluence (or the support taking so long when this important).
Will upgrading also fix the problem or will we still need the script?

Hi Jonah, any hints on how to troubleshoot the script further?

amir.ghaemian1 Yeah it should probably only take a few seconds. Unless perhaps you just have a lot of files.. What kind of database are you using?

Nothing seems to happen when running the script and there is no output in the logs either. I'm running it on HTTP bypassing the proxy as well. Any hints?
