Be nice to always have access to the Edit button when browsing long wiki pages. Sometimes I don't realize I need to edit it until I've scrolled down and notice something I need to update. At that point I have to scroll all the way to the top to reach the Edit button. It'd be better to pin it to top, similar to the way the Save button is pinned at bottom when you're in edit mode.

Another option is to support double-clicking on text, to get into Edit mode.

[CONFSERVER-38145] Pin the Edit button to the top when scrolling wiki pages
