We have the exact same error message, when accessing some pages/spaces on our confluence system after upgrading from Version 5.9.9 to 5.10.8. We are on Confluence Server, self hosting in the aws cloud.

Can you explain how we can fix this problem?

(I can´t upload a screenshot of this issue)

            I don't see a stack trace. I do see
Received the following HTTP error code from the server:500
when I try to Insert JIRA Issue/Filter from my Cloud Confluence Page to my JIRA Cloud app. THese are system applications links which I cannot touch. I wonder if this is part of the same issue? I have a support call in to Atlassian

Answering my own question - this 500 message was fixed by Atlassian support by running a fix on our server

onevalainen - do you understand why there are duplicate keys in the AppLinks keystore table? Any idea what might have caused the problem with this upgrade?

This should be a higher priority. The workaround is not an option AFAIK for on-demand customers and our Confluence instance is effectively down at the moment.
