Table of Contents Macro Renders Incorrectly When Embedded Within a User Macro

      Summary of The Bug

When the Table of Contents macro is embedded within another User Macro, headings are only visible, the content beneath the headings disappear, and the page footer is rendered incorrectly and pushed to the right.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a User Macro with the following settings:
        • Macro Body Processing: Rendered
        • Template:
          ## @noparams

          $body
      2. Create a New Page and Edit
      3. Insert the User Macro and embed the Table of Contents macro with default settings
      4. Enter in some headings and text beneath the headings
      5. Save the Page

      Expected Results

Headings are created into hyperlinks and below the headings and content should be rendered as typed.

      Actual Results

Heading hyperlinks are only created and non-hyperlinked headings aren't visible along with the content. Page footer is also rendered incorrectly and skewed to the right of the page.

Any update on this? It's a bit of a pain when putting any macro within a user macro and it messes up the page.
