Cannot Paste Image after Table and Editor Crashes

To reproduce,

1. Create a new page
2. Insert a table.
3. Move cursor after table and press Enter
4. Paste an image from Clipboard using Cmd-V

• in my case, I left browsed to another tab with the image, copied the image, and returned to the editor
• The Image Insert dialog is shown briefly, but the image is NOT shown on the page.
  5. Try again, using Cmd-V.
  6. The editor becomes unusable. (I can still change the title, but not the body)
