"AND" operator support for multiple labels in Content Report Macro

In the same vein as CONF-30010, we should support the "AND" operator when it comes to using multiple labels in the Content Report Macro rather than just "OR". Even better if we can incorporate CQL into this, similar to the Page Properties Report macro in 5.8.

The use case is that users would like to further filter down pages returned in the macro using additional labels. This will also allow labels to be used in an hierarchical sense when organizing large spaces.

Workaround

Use the Content by Label macro instead. It's similar but not identical (for example, this macro does not display the page author), but if you only need to list pages names that match a label pattern, then it should do the job.
