Unable to migrate the {index} macro

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page in Confluence, and insert this Markup: 
        {index}{index}
      2. Then navigate to <ConfluenceURL>/admin/unmigratedcontent.action and hit on Update Content

      Observation

      The macro is not migrated at all. It stays in the unmigrated wiki markup wrapper. But the macro works just fine, being displayed in view mode.
