I am observing huge delay until any web pages from https://wiki.honeywell.com/ are loaded (it takes 5 minutes or more to load one page). Currently these web pages are impossible to use. We are using this wiki as source of information for ASIC/FPGA group. I think this problems appeared with the last wiki SW update. I tried to download 2MB file from pages but at the beginning transfer rate was only 40kB/s and then transfer was interrupted.

PS: How do you want to solve SW inconsistency of this JIRA tool. Everyone in HW using HW standard version of IE8. How should people report issues?
