After Confluence update to release 5.6.5 the Navigation-tree on the left side in Chrome and Firefox don't work. We see the tree in IE. We use the same user.

      Chrome Version: Version 39.0.2171.95 m
      IE Version: 9.0.8112.16421

Thanks, Sebastian. Turns out that I do not have permission to view your support request!

I will open another and post any updates on this JIRA issue.

            Hi Megan

            https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer#portal/14/CSP-137866

Here we tryed some things, but in this time nothing works. Hope we find a solution.

            Best Regards,
            Sebastian

            HI Steve, Hi Sebastian,

We have a user with Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m who is having the identical problem, so I suspect this may not be instance-specific. They are able to view the sidebar in IE.

Please reopen this issue and investigate it.

            Thank you,
            Megan

UPDATE - I've added the screenshot of the error that we experienced to this issue.

            Hi sebastian.wiederhold

Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. I suspect that this is something specific to your upgraded instance and as such I'd like to get our support team involved to look at things in more detail. Could I ask you to create a support request on https://support.atlassian.com. Once you've done this one of our support engineers will be in touch and will work with you in getting the nav up and running again.

            Regards
            Steve Haffenden
