The bug ~~CONF-30115~~ seems only address the issue when having a large number of JIRA issue on the page but not on the comment. As when testing the scenario by loading 100 issue links on the page:

One page with 100 issue link on the page body and 50 comment, the page will be loaded in around 2 seconds.
One page with 1 issue link on the page body and 50 comment with 2 JIRA issue links each, the page will be loaded in around 8 seconds, which is 4 time slower than previous although they are having the same number of issue links within one html page.
