Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Page in Confluence with Following title:
   • JIRA Supervisor 作業
2. Add following into the page:

   負責的作業：
   1.	Create Project For JIRA & assign Project Lead
   2.	Create Space For Confluence  & assign Space Admin
   3.	與 JIRA Administrator 協調 JIRA Project 樣版或是修改設定(已經 Create 專案設定不會因為樣板修改而一並變更)
   4.	蒐集 Project Lead & Space Admin 回報之異常或是使用建議
   

3. Save the Page.
4. Export a PDF.

Expected Result:

Confluence should export the PDF which contains Chinese characters.

Actual Result:

PDF file doesn't show the Chinese characters.
