Deleting a Bullet Point in IE 10 and IE11 does not collapse space white space

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Page in Confluence.
2. Add 4 lines of text to the page.
   1. Text1
   2. Text2
   3. Text3
   4. Text4
3. Point the cursor to end of Text3.
4. Use backspace to delete a bullet in a list of bullet points.

Expected Results:

In Firefox, bullet will be removed and the white space is remaining.

Actual Results:

In IE 10 and IE 11, cursor move to the bullet point below (in this example Text4).
