Such a property would make it easier to make archiving decisions.
The existence of this feature would mean that a plugin such as Archiving Plugin for Confluence wouldn't have to implement it's own view tracking mechanism. The Atlassian team must be in a better position to implement this optimally in the Confluence core.
Workaround
The AO_92296B_AORECENTLY_VIEWED table will show the LAST_VIEW_DATE:
SELECT * from "AO_92296B_AORECENTLY_VIEWED";
[CONFSERVER-33386] Confluence should have a "last viewed date" property for pages.
