Performance on SQL Server and Sybase

    Description

      Viewing pages with lots of links causes lots of Database IO and takes approx 30 secs to display some of our pages.
      Cannot use the index on TITLE as Sybase , SQL Server do not support functional indexes which would improve the lower() search queries for determining links on pages.
