Steps to reproduce:

Go to a Confluence page, and insert a Widget connector from the insert menu.
Paste in the URL from SlideShare

If you are using Chrome, you will get an error to install Adobe Flash (even if you have it installed), and this happens on Windows, Linux, Mac.
