      It is actually impossible to reply to an existent comment in a document via Confluence XML-RPC API.
      It seems impossible to specify a parent comment ID while inserting a comment via API. Even the remote Comment object described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF210/Remote+API+Specification#RemoteAPISpecification-Comment doesn't seem to support any parentCommentID.

      It's instead normally possible to add a comment as child of another comment inside Confluence.
