The Table Plugin is rendering error message despite valid license

NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

The Table Plugin plugin for Confluence is no longer working for OnDemand customers. It's only rendering an error message.

      Problem
For all tables, where customers use this plugin, they get following error text instead of the table

Error rendering macro 'table-plus' : Notify your Confluence administrator that "Bob Swift Software - Table Plugin" requires a valid license. Reason: No license found for plugin with key: org.swift.confluence.table.

Even if the subscription has been added in https://my.atlassian.com and the add-on has been enabled in OnDemand, the macros still do not work.

            Hi suralik,

I have added the table plus plugin to your instance. Somehow you got missed out when we did a scan to find all the people using this plugin. If anybody else is having trouble please file a support request at https://support.atlassian.com and we'll fix you up ASAP.

            Nick,

We host an open source project on your On Demand service. At the time that I am submitting this comment, I am seeing the same problem that was originally reported in this issue. The Table-Plus table was displaying correctly a couple days ago. Where should I be reporting this problem, and can you provide assistance?

            Thanks,

Hello All, just a quick update to let you know that most instances are verified, and the Table Plus add-on is working normally. Please let us know if you still experience an issue with the Table Plus add-on.

Obviously this dysfunction of that add-on today is entirely sup-optimal, it's not our usual level of service, and we hope you're back to normal now. Our apologies for the problem today.

Another +1 to this issue. We use tables in a number of critical ways in our Org. Not be rude, but Atlassian, do you ever QA anything?

Same problem for my team. We're an On Demand customer, we can't roll back our release.

Any idea when we'll see a fix?
