So pretty much there is not way to set the title of an attachment when adding an attachment (addAttachment) through the remote API.

      The parameter is documented, but ignored.

            Using the "fileName" parameter should set the "title" parameter, but there is no way to set them differently. Conversely, there is no separation of "title" and "fileName" in the Confluence UI, in fact there is only one column in the database, and it just shows up under the "name" column.
