Page links extracted through Page Properties Report macro redirects user to Create New Page

Page link extracted through Page Properties Report macro redirects user to Create New Page instead of properly redirect user to the page where it has been linked. This specifically happened if the redirected page was created on a different space where the Page Properties Report macro do not exist even though the macro setting has been set to recognize @all spaces with the specified label, the link is still broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Confluence 5.2.5, restore these two spaces:
   • S1-094039-3.xml.zip
   • S2-094113-5.xml.zip
2. Access 'Page Report #1' from 'space #1'
3. Click on 'link page 2'
4. Result: Instead of being redirected to a page where it has been linked, user will be redirected to Create New Page instead.
