Draft Saved Indicator hidden on smaller browsers

      Since 5.0 the Draft Saved indicator is only shown on large monitors.

      I suspect this was accidental. The draft saved indicator appears in the "Tip" area. It's understandable that we hide the tip on less giant screens, but we really shouldn't hide the draft saved indicator.

            Fixed this by not hiding the draft message no matter the height of the screen. The tip will still be hidden.

            This does mean that the bar will resize when the browser has low height and the draft first gets saved.
