getLinkWikiMarkup produces a link that renders to an error when page title contains special characters

    Description

      It produces a link like:

      [key:title with / in it]

      So, either the wiki link syntax needs to work or getLinkWikiMarkup needs to return a link that does work. On 5.2, the link markup is just shown without an explicit error.
