Side Bar Empty in Personal space when view as Anonymous User.

      Step to reproduce

      1. Create a personal Space with default look and feed theme.
      2. Allow annoymous use to view the space
      3. Enable the user permission for annoymous user.

      Expected Result

      Actual

      This bug only affect annoymous user, normal user will not encounter this issue.
