Drag and drop Attachments macro in a different page uploads to current page

      Steps to reproduce:

If you have an attachment macro on a page to display attachments for that page, the drag and drop function works fine.
However, If you're using an attachment macro to displays attachments from a different page, the drag and drop does not work – users have to go to the original page, drag and drop, and return.

            To Confirm

The attachments macro does allow the user to attach files, and it does work. The confusing (possibly broken) thing here is that when you upload your attachments using drag and drop they are attached to the current page rather than the page you specified in the attachments macro.
