Fix tooltips in web items actions which have keyboard shortcuts

      Tooltips (standard and chunky ones) are displayed getting the value of the 'title' or 'original-title' attribute.

      The mentioned attribute has a flaky content at the moment - it's not consistent and it changes from one context to another - so tooltips are not ok. Please see attached screenshots.
