Removing Application Link from JIRA or Confluence does not remove rows in database

When removing an application link the affected rows are removed from the table 'trustedapp' (or something), but the settings (IP-restrictions. URL-restrictions) are not removed from the trustedapprestrictions table. The ID connecting the restriction to a specific app-link is set to NULL, but this is no good as it will lead to the table growing indefinitely if many links are created, edited and removed. I see no reason to keep the information in the database after an app-link has been removed.
