      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The sidebar can be unwanted from time to time and it would be nice to be have more control over how/when it appears. Specifically, when sharing a page to users, an option to have the sidebar minimized upon arrival would be nice. That way, the page can appear as the author intended if the entire width of the page is needed.
