Page Properties Report Macro not displaying all labeled pages after index

NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

This was found in AOD and reproduced in EAC.
      Steps in AOD:
Include macro in page with a label selected
      Add label to arbitrary page
      Manually rebuild the index

For EAC after testing we waited several minutes for the auto index rebuild and couldn't get the macro to work properly

[CONFSERVER-29236] Page Properties Report Macro not displaying all labeled pages after index

We have the same issue. 3 pages made from the same template. Only 1 shows in page component reports.

I have the same problems. The index does not show more than seven items, though in fact I created 10 pages which exactly same label and table.

            How to reproduce

            1. Create page A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I in the same space
            2. Put label "test-label" on all pages
            3. Put page properties macro and create table with column A and B within the macro
            4. Create another new page and put page properties report macro
            5. Set "test-label" as the "Label*"
            6. Page H and I will not appear on index

            Hello,

It is failing for us too.
We have a list of pages that have the same label. Some of these pages are being displayed in the Page Properties Report, however other pages does not appear.
Note that in the configuration of the Page Property Report, we've only added a filter on the label.

Hello Orlando, After two previous Confluence updates, page properties tables failed to report for us as well. I no longer trust it to function properly and now avoid using it in our instance. When existing pages begin to fail we replace it with Service Rocket's reporting plugin and also create new pages with that macro.

            Hello All,

My company recently upgraded to 5.9.8, and ran into issues with the page properties report macro. It seems that, although the first page of the page properties report loads correctly, if the table data for that row contains an image, any page property that contains an image will cause that page of the page properties report to not load. Additionally, it will split the page properties report into separate pages. If you try to navigate over to another page of the report that contains an image, it will not load correctly.

We were able to workaround this, by removing images, Jira issue filters, and attachments from any page property table element that is reported in the page properties report macro. This allowed the page properties report macro to load correctly, albeit without all the data we wanted present on the report.

That's it, I'm done with this macro and switching to Service Rocket Reporting plugin. Every time we update our Confluence instance, something happens with page properties. Before it was an inability to report all pages not edited after the Confluence update. As a consequence I ripped that page properties instance out. Now it appears to be that any page created after a Confluence update (we went to 5.9.4 several months ago) and new pages are not appearing in the page properties report table in another space. Enough already, it's time for this one to disappear also.

This issue may have been set to resolved by mistake, the problem still occurs in 5.8.9

A workaround is offered here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-34830

We restarted our confluence, the DB it uses, and re-indexed it, and this is working again now Missing pages just appeared.

I am getting this error - i have a page with 4 sub pages, and only 2 are displaying on the report. The missing two were copies of one of that pages that is showing - so the details cannot be different!
