RSS feed builder should support "match-labels=all" to allow selection via AND

      We are currently trying to make a link with another system through RSS feeds with associated labels.

      This is however not possible in the more advanced filter cases, since the feed-builder only supports disjunction of labels and we need match-labels=all.

      The functionality seems to be available already, but not as RSS, since "http://www.mywebsite.com/label/SPACEKEY/label1+label2" returns a list with pages that only has those two labels

      This old issue describes it has been an issue for 5 years, so more people have the same issue:

            Thank you for raising this issue. While I can see how this feature would be useful, we have no plans to implement it in the foreseeable future. In order to set expectations, we're closing this request now.
