Add the attachment MIME type to the attachments list table, and make it editable.

[CONFSERVER-2844] Make attachment MIME type displayed and editable

This was implemented a long time ago, probably in 2.0 or 2.1. Go to Attachments, and click 'Edit' next to the one you want to change.

If I attach a plain text file "test.txt", and then want to view it, I am prompted to download it first!

            HTTP/1.x 200 OK

            Content-Length: 12240

If I did want to download, I'd have right-clicked and chosen "save link as..."

The strange thing is that for .html pages this works fine.

This problem manifests particularly badly if you are using Confluence to store examples of configuration data, such as "copy this ldap.conf to your machine" with an attachment of the appropriate ldap.conf. It is awkward to view the attachment since it may be served as MIME type application/octet-stream when in fact it is text/plain. One may need to view such attachments to compare with an existing configuration.
