Page break before and after Table of Contents macro are forced in PDF export

      When a Page is exported, a page break is forced before and after Table of Contents, resulting in an otherwise empty page. This behaviour is not related to PDF stylesheet settings, and occurs regardless of the place in the page where the macro is embedded (see example exports attached).
