      Setup:
      I have a global template in Confluence. That template contains a Contributors macro.

      What I do:
      When I go into a Confluence page - press "Add page from template", I get a new page in edit mode with the contributor macro there. I write some more text on the page and press save.

      Produced result (imo erroneous):
      Then when I view the page no contributors are displayed.

      Expected result:
      When I view the page, my name should be displayed as contributor.

      This affects our OnDemand which seems to have version 6.0-OD-05, but that is not selectable in the Affects version dropdown below.
