      This came from reading CONF-27717 as raised by a customer.

      We could both help discoverability of the feature, and provide a warning people from accidentally dropping files onto a page by giving some visual clue (beyond what the OS/browser does) which makes it obvious that a file hovering over the view page will be attached if dropped.
