[CONFSERVER-27604] Workbox points to confluence link instead of JIRA one

Assuming we have two installations:

Steps to reproduce:

Add a trusted application link between JIRA and Confluence.
Log into JIRA as user charlie
Get into JIRA, assign an issue to charlie, comment on it, etc. Let us call the issue link http://ttsupportvm.local:8522/jira522/browse/TEST-1
Go to the workbox notification in Confluence and click on the notification. Normally, you would expect the link to be http://ttsupportvm.local:8522/jira522/browse/TEST-1. Instead, it is http://ttsupportvm.local:7432/browse/TEST-1

This happens in Confluence 4.3.2 out of the box. But not in Confluence 4.3.3 so I suppose it has been fixed already.

I am just logging this here as a reference as I could not find anything similar.

We have the same problem in Confluence Server 6.7.1 and Jira Server 7.7.0.

We have the same issue on confleunce 5.1.4 .Our JIRA is 6.0.8.
