      If a user is mentioned on their own page they will not receive a notification in their workbox that this has occurred.

      To Replicate:

      Admin makes a page with no content. User sees page and:

      1. Edits the page, adding a mention of Admin.

      The results of this:

      Email Notifications:

      1. User edited the page
      2. User mentioned you

      Workbox Notifications:

      1. None
