      A few ways Projects(issues) and Spaces(pages) could link and be really powerful:

      Easy confluence macros:
      A quick macro that is 1-click implementaiton that just show all my Jira tickets from the project linked to this space?
      A quick macro to display a project calendar/gantt chart on a wiki space home page?

      Allow a page to be linked directly to an issue:
      -Add an attachment to the page and it is represented on the ticket?
      -Add a ticket watcher and they automatically watch the page?

      All in all, for general project management, Confluence really could be the front end for organizing and view project status while JIRA contains the details, the updates...
