When changing the page permissions, sometimes the user assigned to the change is Anonymous.

I could not find consistent repro steps but I found it is easy enough to reproduce.

            Hi There

Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. As you are probably aware this has been on our backlog now for quote some time with very little progress being made in that time. Rather than leave this issue on the backlog I'm going to close this out. I believe this better reflects the status of this issue.

If the problem is raised again in the future we will readdress it.

            Regards

Hi, I noticed this problem as well and based on my observations, its the first one added to the permissions. It can also happen multiple times lets say for example you entered the permissions a few months back and suddenly your team decides to update to a new confluence version. The next time you add new permissions, there will be a new instance of this "anonymous" account again.

I dont know if this would help out but we are using LDAP integration to manage our user accounts. That means i have an account in the internal directory and one in the configured LDAP enabled user directory. Perhaps that could have been a factor also.

I can confirm this issue also for Confluence 3.5.16.
To reproduce the behavior, add edit page restrictions for more than one user to a page. Then in the page info page one of the users has the permission granted by Anonymous.
