Officially support SQL Server 2012

      SQL Server 2012 came out in April, 2012. Confluence should add this version to its list of officially supported platforms.

            C'mon lads ... been out for a year, let's get official support for this! I've run non-prod instances on it already. Make it official.

            And maybe this or CONF-28461 should be closed as a duplicate rather than spreading out votes across the two.
