Provide XML-RPC method for removing an attachment version

      Customers have requested this in order to purge attachment versions and better manage their file system capacity

            We will remove the SOAP, XML-RPC and JSON-RPC API for Confluence Server in the near future, once all relevant RPC methods have REST support. We will not be extending the SOAP, XML-RPC or JSON-RPC APIs before then.

            Absolutely vital to be able to maintain attachment versions. The remote APIs' must be able to do housekeeping activities not implemented in the core app.

            Confluence CLI and CSOAP-249 now supports removing specific attachment versions. However, we are still lacking the ability to list all available attachment versions for a specific attachment - see CONF-32201. This makes it difficult to automate removal except by trial and error.

            I regard this as essential in completing what the intention of page version removal was all about. In my case without it I just cannot control the filestore usage - most of my usage boils down to attachments and with > 6K pages most with attachemetns an API is essential.
