RSS Feed builder should support filtering authors by groups and use START and END dates

      As per our support request CSP-82926 :

      We would like to filter RSS news items produced by Confluence feed builder, using the following parameters :

      • Start date and end date (instead of using the timeSpan parameter, which only lists the last X days, we would like to use specific dates, this is useful to extracting news items to compose meeting reports for instance)
      • Filter authors according to the User Groups they belong to : so instead of for instance having authors=jblogg,jdoe we could refer to groups author-groups=myfirstgroup,mysecondgroup
