      The vote macro still exists but only works via the "Wiki Markup" macro.

      Workaround for this is to use Insert > Wiki Markup
      and in there put your

      {vote:My title}
      a
      b
      c
      {vote}

            [CONFSERVER-25333] Vote Macro does not show up in Macro Browser

            Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on bugs with a higher impact, and more votes.

            Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. As you are no doubt aware this issue has been on our backlog for some time now with very little movement.

            I'm going to close this to set expectations so the issue doesn't stay open for years with few updates. If demand for this picks up, we will reopen the issue.

            the vote macro belongs to the survey plugin which i maintain: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/195.

            i don't know of any other plugin using this macro so far and i would be surprised if its build in. The survey plugin needs to be installed of course.

            hope that helps
            cheers

            Just letting the customers/engineers that are looking for the usage of Vote Macro know:

            I have tried the mentioned workaround which would be to insert the vote macro within the "Wiki Markup macro" but, I was not able to use it as described. The error that appear to me is the same for other customers:

            {unknown macro:vote}

            So, it seems that Confluence 'Vote Macro' does not show up in Macro Browser because it's not working anymore. Will the Vote macro work again or it doesn't have plans to be implemented in Confluence again?

            Cheers,
            Giuliano
