On the "Recommended Updates Email" admin screen, it appears that the change to the "Default Schedule" setting does not persist.

1. Change the "Default Schedule" from weekly to daily.
2. Note that there is no "Save" button on the screen.
3. Navigate away from the page and then come back.
4. The change to the "Default Schedule" setting wasn't saved.
