Steps to repro:
- create page and attach ppt or pptx
- add ppt macro
- specify 0 as slide start number
- Exhibited behavior (still in Insert ppt lightbox) is no static image avail (broken image icon) for slide 0
- When saving/previewing page, broken image icon shows.
- Any other slide number specified as start slide shows static image for that slide number.
- If start slide left blank, ppt player works as expected from first slide (0).
Verified this in 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.
